They are hand-carved from soapstone, also known as Kisii stone as it is hand-quarried and carved in the Kisii region of Kenya, and then painted with bright eco-friendly non-toxic paint. Great as gifts for the cat lover in your family or as a gift to yourself!
  
  Available in a flower pattern that is etched into the stone after it is painted, revealing the natural white stone, or with a black polka dot pattern.
  
  As each item is hand-carved and unique, you will receive a similar item to the one pictured. The soapstone cats with tails are approximately 3.5" high.
