Hand-carved from soapstone in Kenya, this charming fox figurine features a bright orange finish with a white chest, face and bushy-tipped tail. The stone is also known as Kisii stone, as it is hand-quarried and carved in the Kisii region of Kenya.
Each figurine is carved and painted by hand, so small variations in the shape, stone and painted details are part of its character.
This fox measures approximately 3.5" tall and 3.5" wide, making it a nice size for a shelf, desk, bookcase or other small space. A fun addition to a collection of animal figurines or a gift for a fox or wildlife lover.
These foxes are made in Kenya under Fair Trade principles, and support a community group in Kenya providing education and medical care to local children. -
