  This handsome hand-carved lion figurine is made from natural soapstone and stands approximately 4.5" high, 2.75" wide, and 3" deep. Its rich reddish-brown tones and charming seated pose make it a striking accent for any shelf, desk, or safari-themed room.
  
  Created in partnership with our fair-trade artisan community of 30 carvers in Kisii, Kenya, each lion helps support sustainable livelihoods by providing income for food, clothing, and education for the artisans and their families—while also preserving generations of traditional carving skills.
  
  Because every piece is hand-carved and unique, no two lions are exactly alike. You’ll receive one similar to the item pictured, each with its own beautiful character.
