These traditional Guatemalan fabric wrapped pens are so cute with their little worry dolls attached.
The pens are 5.5" long and the little worry doll is 1.5" long
We work with UPAVIM, a group of 75 women who live in the marginalized community of La Esperanza in Zone 12 of Guatemala City. UPAVIM knows that when women are economically empowered, families thrive and communities are safer. Through income generating projects, the women of UPAVIM are able to not only support themselves and their families, but also to support their community. For over 30 years, UPAVIM has worked with and within the community of La Esperanza to develop programs for the community’s benefit.
As every worry doll is unique, with different outfits, colours, and facial expressions, the pictures shown are just representative samples. You will be receiving a pen with a doll of the same size, and in the same style, but colours may differ from the examples shown.
