Each heart is hand-carved from soapstone, painted with bright eco-friendly non-toxic paint, and then inspirational words are carved into both sides. The same word is carved on each side.

As each heart is individually carved, sizes are approximate, but are approximately 1.5 inches (4 cm) wide, 1.5 inches (4cm) high, and 1 inch (2.5 cm) deep.
